Acoustics delivers TextSpeak(tm) and set of pre-programmed Speech Recognition and Text to Speech
platforms for consumer and industrial designs.
WESTPORT, CT – APRIL 1, 2003 – Digital
Acoustics Corporation, developers of award winning vDot® speech
patent
technology, have created new embedded speech OEM modules for
developers, designed for cost sensitive applications. Both
are programmed in advance for fast design-in.
ESP™
Embedded Speech Platform, speaker
independent voice recognition
ESP 1.2 is a system on a board
with integrated microphone and I./O functions for a glue-less audio in, control out function. Customer word models are easily
flash programmed using a simple text list with associated output control. These
phrases and controls are entered and compiled on Digital
Acoustics' web site or locally via Windows® SDK.

TextSpeak Text-To-Speech
processor converts ASCII text to a natural, voice with unlimited
vocabulary. It is the first board level solution on the
market that accepts RS232 and PS2 input directly providing speech
by using standard AT
keyboard
or via RS232 serial port. |
