Also released to enhance intergation is the i/TalkX software developers Tool Suite. Designed specifically for the ii3 series intercoms, iTalk/X provides Windows 'ActiveX' programming language, to provide OEMs and Integrators the ability to develop custom audio interfaces for existing video, monitoring stations and entry systems. Applications for security, home control, wireless information reporting, telemetry and surveillance are also supported.
"These new products provide great alternatives to legacy connections in wired facility communication using the sciences we developed in house," states Nancy Wolfe, VP of Operations at Digital Acoustics. "By using new DSP and RISC integration, we can provide affordable products for intercom integration that can be cost effective, easy to design-in and uncomplicated to use. A typical installation can add intecom stations as simply as we add an answering machine in a home." added Wolfe.
